ORDER ACCEPTANCE
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and we must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
WEBSITE ERRORS
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. In the event that an item is mispriced My House Plumbing may contact you to notify you of the pricing error. The order may be subject to cancellation. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
My House Plumbing does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is not always accurate, complete, or current as product descriptions are provided by bulk manufacturer descriptions. If a product you purchase from us is not as described, you may return it in unused condition.
LEGAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE

My House Plumbing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, My House Plumbing shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
TERM; TERMINATION
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by My House Plumbing without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
